Ordering Process

Thank you for choosing us! Here is an outline of our process for placing an order and the subsequent steps.

1. How to Order

We offer three convenient ways to place your order:

• Online: Simply follow the options on our website and complete the checkout process.
• Phone: You can call our team directly to place your order and arrange for payment over the phone.
• Email: Send us an email detailing the item you would like. We will confirm your request and provide you with payment options.

2. The Kit and Process

After your order is placed, we will send you a kit right away. This kit includes everything you need to proceed:

• A ring sizer.
• A small, secure container for the ashes.
• A self-addressed, pre-paid envelope for you to return the kit.

As soon as we receive your returned kit in the post the craftsman allocated to you will personally contact you and send updates and time frames. 

3. Production Time

Our production times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your piece.

• Standard Items: Please allow 7-10 working days for completion.
• Gold, White Gold, and Platinum Items: Please allow 14-21 days for completion.

4. Delivery Information

When your item is ready, we will contact you before shipping. All finished items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm next working day) to ensure they arrive safely. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
