5. Your Jewellery Is Handcrafted

Our jewellers then begin creating your piece. This includes preparing the jewellery, adding ashes in the chosen method, setting stones where required, finishing the metal, polishing, checking and hallmarking qualifying precious metal items.

Because each piece is made individually, timeframes can vary depending on the design and level of customisation.

6. Quality Check and Dispatch

Before dispatch, your jewellery is checked carefully to make sure it meets our standards. We then securely package your piece and return any unused ashes to you.
