Shipping policy

Your trust is our top priority, and we ensure every finished item is delivered with the utmost care. Below is an outline of our delivery process and policy.


1. Delivery Method

All finished items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm next working day) to ensure they arrive securely and can be tracked every step of the way.


2. Delivery Information

Our production times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your piece.

  • Standard Items: Please allow 7-10 working days for completion.
  • Gold, White Gold, and Platinum Items: Please allow 14-21 days for completion.

When your item is ready, we will contact you before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your item has been dispatched. Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm next working day.


3. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items. In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged package, we are here to help.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@cherishforever.uk with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will initiate a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please be aware that the claims process can take several weeks to resolve.
