Ordering Process

  • Step 1

    Place your order on our website and you will receive our ashes collection kit in the post.

    This will contain:

    • Small container for ashes
    • Self-addressed envelope for safe return to us

  • Step 2

    When we receive your parcel at our studio we will begin to create your unique item.

    This will be handmade by one of our skilled craftsmen and generally takes 7-10 working days.

  • Step 3

    When your item is complete it will be posted to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery (signature required).
