Ordering Process

If you are local you can contact us to make an appointment to view all items available and see where they are made. This also allows you to drop off the ashes in person.

Step 1
Place your order on our website and you will receive our ashes collection kit in the post.
This will contain:
- Ring size gauge
- Small container for ashes
- Self-addressed envelope for safe return to us
Step 2
When we receive your parcel at our studio we will begin to create your unique ring.
This will be handmade by one of our skilled craftsmen and generally takes 7-10 working days.
For Yellow and White Gold please allow 14-21 working days.
Step 3
When your ring is complete it will be posted to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery (signature required).
